Worship His Majesty

In setting up the worship ministry, I wanted to go beyond just the band and include some opportunities for discipleship. For a first crack at this, I decided to go through Worship His Majesty, a book by Jack Hayford. It was written quite awhile ago, but the worship pastor I mentored under went through it with me and it left a real impression. For now, I’ve just been doing short devotional-type lectures whenever we have some extra time before practice. Eventually I’d like to make it more interactive. I’ve made my notes available below if you’re in a similar situation and want to get something like this going. The book is technically out of print, but don’t let that dissuade you! There are tons of cheap used copies on Amazon. So, yeah, feel free to use my notes below in whatever way you’d like. I’ll add more chapters as we do them.
